Most of our items are previously owned, vintage or antiques. Please remember that condition of an item is subjective – we do our best to describe an item accurately and test it thoroughly. Please note that I am not an expert on all items. It’s likely you know more about the item than we do! So if certain details are important to you, please be sure to ask as many questions and/or ask for more pictures. It’s better to have everything clarified from the beginning.

This is a smoke free home, however, some of the items I sell are from estate sales, and therefore I cannot guarantee they are completely smoke free. If it does not compromise the integrity of the item, I do clean/launder things before they are listed.

Prompt payment is appreciated. Paypal is the most convenient way to pay for your order. In the event that payment is not received, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with EBay five days after the end of auction or time of purchase.

Most items are shipped within 5-10 days.

If it is critical that you have an item shipped within 24 hours, please send me a message.

You can request that your item is insured when shipped. It will cost a few extra dollars, but can easily be added to your invoice.

Combine Shipping:                                                                                                                                                                                      

In most cases, I combine shipping and handling charges for two or more purchase. The heaviest item will be charged full shipping and handling. 25% is subsequently deducted on the second, 50% on the third and 75% off of the fourth. Please note: Some items are just too heavy and fragile and cannot be combined.

Please note if you have made a “Best Offer” on an item, shipping can still be combined but the above discounts may not apply. Please inquire regarding this.

Measurements:                                                                                                                                                                                            

For clothes or garments, measurements are made with the item laid flat and un-stretched. If a tag size is not provided, standard measurements provided with the listing may include: across the chest (armpit to armpit) across the waist, shoulder to hem and sleeve length if applicable. Additional measurements are provided per request.

In the event that the item you have purchased is no longer available in the store, you may choose to have your payment refunded or receive store credit. You will be contacted by email and given the option.

PLEASE NOTE:  I repurpose packing supplies, boxes, etc. so that my customers can benefit from lower handling costs. This means that the items are packed in recycled boxes, recycled tissue/bubble wrap, etc.
