THIS ENGINE WAS PURCHASED AN INSTALLED ON AN AIRCRAFT 7/2006.
THE TOTAL TIME SINCE NEW ON THIS ENGINE IS 98.5 HOURS !!
LAST CONDITION INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED 6/10/2011
LAST LOG ENTRY IS THE 6/10/2011 INSPECTION, WHICH SHOWS THE COMPRESSIONS AS 78/80, 76/80, 74/80, 78/80, AT 93.4 TOTAL TIME
THE AIRCRAFT THIS ENGINE WAS INSTALLED IN SUFFERED DAMAGE WHEN THE PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL ON TAKE-OFF.
THE LANDING GEAR KICKED BACK, AND AS A RESULT, THE TWO BLADE WOOD/COMPOSITE PROP RECIEVED DAMAGE TO ONE BLADE.
THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW THE ROTAX DESIGN ARE AWARE THAT THE PROP IS NOT ATTACHED TO THE CRANKSHAFT, BUT RATHER TO A GEARED PROP SHAFT.
THERE ALSO IS A SLIPPER CLUTCH INSTALLED IN THE GEARBOX, WHICH ALLOWS THE GEARBOX TO SLIP WHEN CONFRONTED WITH PROP CONTACT, AND DOES NOT ALLOW THE FORCES TO ENTER THE CRANKSHAFT ROTATING ASSEMBLY.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THIS ENGINE !!
ALL ACCESSORIES SHOWN ARE INCLUDED, INCLUDING IGNITION SYSTEM, BOTH CARBS, STARTER, ALTERNATOR, ETC.

Toyota to build Corollas at revived Mississippi plant starting in late 2011

Toyota will resume construction on its mothballed plant in Mississippi and begin producing the Corolla there late next year. “We first needed to fully utilize our existing facilities as the economy slowed,” Yoshimi Inaba, president of Toyota Motor North America, said in a statement Thursday. “Now it's time to fulfill Toyota's promise in Mississippi.” The automaker said it will hire 2,000 workers “soon.” Corolla output would mark another shift for the project.

Call for bus commuter tax break

A NEW TAX allowance should be introduced so that firms can help staff pay for the cost of commuting to work by bus, a campaign group has urged. Greener Journeys said people on lower incomes were more reliant on buses as they were less likely to have a car. The group, which promotes sustainable travel, said a "bus bonus" scheme should be launched, arguing it would boost the economy and improve access to jobs.
