This ad is for ONE trunk or boot lid for Rover P6, 3500S or 2000 or 2000TC.The white one shown is the rare optional reinforced lid with hole to mount a spare wheel, to increase luggage space while touring. (Note, part number 367267 is including spare wheel hub, which this does Not include). My suggestion if you have a standard lid  is to keep that, buy this, paint this to match, secure the attachment hardware, and use this for show or touring, leave your original lid for normal driving, as the spare wheel makes it a little harder to open the boot lid, but gives valuable luggage space on trips. They are easy to change.I also have 8 or10 on a shelf in my 96 year old barn, shown in the last photo, most without the hole, standard lids, some 2000, some 3500S, US cars..If you need that, tell me exactly what you need, I will pick the best and photograph it in the Florida sunlight. All are interchangeable , but have different holes for emblems, handles, motifs, etc. From 2000,I may even be able  to give you choice of factory paint. most have been on my shelves about 40 years, and have small dents and scratches from storage, and may need paint; though some have good original paint on underside.I have  many Rover parts; and hundreds of parts for all British cars 1949-1994, on my eBay store, Old English Motor Company.. They are  arranged in 20 categories. If you don't see what you need, please ASK., and I will put it in the store for you..  Please contact me  T.   1 954 JAGUARS  or  1 954 JAGPART, C. cell anytime... I had compulsively hoarded parts for my Ft. Lauderdale restoration shop and my collection for 40 years;  But have moved all to SEBRING, The Heart of Old FLORIDA. I have the largest stock of  original Old English parts in the colonies.. I also give free restoration advice. SHIPPING, rate in the US is to Miami, Florida, but may be similar for other areas, Please give me a Business Address to confirm. Overseas rate given is to MIAMI, FLORIDA, for those who have an agent there.itis NOT out of the US or to Canada, I can ship air freight out of the US..Please inquire.. James Dean, thejaguru. I also give free advice and am knowledgeable on Rovers..

Porsche's new '911': the Cayenne fire engine

Wed, 10 Sep 2008

By Nick Eaton First Official Pictures 10 September 2008 10:13 Another day, another Porsche variant. Stuttgart's fire department has taken delivery of two red-hot Cayennes with a difference: they're emergency vehicles which have been specially tweaked by Porsche's Training Centre for the city's firemen. The Stuttgart fire service claims that the hilly topography of the city meant it needed all-terrain emergency vehicles, and the project was given to local firm Porsche because the Cayenne served up the firemen's needs for something that can go anywhere fast. Nothing at all with them wanting to arrive in style or make neeh-naah noises in a Porsche.

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

The slow-selling 2012 Fiat 500 now has another obstacle in its sales path: It has been tagged by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration with a three-star safety rating, the lowest of any new model tested so far. The two-door subcompact received four stars from NHTSA for frontal crash and rollover accidents but received just two stars for side-impact crash safety, the agency announced on its Web site, safercar.gov. The tests gave the car a combined overall safety rating of three stars, NHTSA reported.
