Made in India especially for Vintage Motorcycles, this product is made to the highest specification and quality standards for easy and trouble free fitment. This unit is calibrated in Miles from 0-80. The Speedo housing is 80mm (behind the chrome bezel) and its 90mm deep (from the top to bottom of the drive). This comes with a mounting fixing bracket & nut and Speedometer Rubber as seen in the pictures. Tested and Tried on Royal Enfield, AJS/ Matchless, Triumph, BSA motorcycles by many of our customers -without any complaints /replacements. This Speedometer would fit to all the models of Royal Enfield and many other Vintage British Bikes.
Note: In keeping in mind the Original Smiths, this retro speedometer does not have the neutral / bright / turn signal indicator light, but has provision for a single wire and bulb, which will provide a low level of illumination for the Speedo. This Speedo was used in Royal Enfield Bullets and many other Vintage British Bikes manufactured in England in Pre 1950s so it accepts only the Square drive. Drive Ratio of this Speedo is 2:1. Drivers' 'huge petrol tax burden'
Mon, 03 Mar 2014BRITISH DRIVERS are still facing a huge petrol and diesel tax burden despite three years of fuel duty freezes, according to the RAC Foundation. The UK has the highest rate of diesel tax in Europe while only Sweden imposes a higher petrol tax duty than the UK, the foundation said. Its figures showed that tax accounts for 59% of the price of diesel in the UK, with Sweden (56%) second and Italy (55%) third.

One of only three experimental chassis produced by Rolls-Royce at the time, 17EX was completed and sold new to Maharaja Hari Sigh Bahadur, ruler of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, who kept the car until 1932.
