Rare 1970 Chevy passenger car J50 J52 vacuum assist power disc brake option brake pedal/bracket and parking brake assembly with factory stainless steel garnish/trim. Front disc brakes did not become standard equipment until after 1970. Removed from a 1970 Impala and pedals, switches, small hardware etc. may fit all full size passenger cars 1965-1970 but do your research before you buy. Porsche 918 Spyder to get 875bhp to take on McLaren P1 & LaFerrari

The Porche 918 Spyder – Porsche’s hybrid supercar – is to get a power boost and go on a diet to better compete with the McLaren P1 and LaFerrari. But the duo of hybrid supercars at Geneva will become a trio at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September when the Porsche 918 Spyder gets revealed in final production form before heading for a select group of customers in 2014. It does seem to have taken Porsche quite a while to get the 918 Spyder in production-ready guise  but it seems they may have been waiting to see what McLaren and Ferrari had up their collective sleeves before settling on a production specification for the 918 Spyder.

Ford Transit to replace Econoline van in 2013

Ford is finally putting the Econoline out to pasture. The full-size van has been has been available in one form or another since 1961. The E-series will be replaced by the European-designed Transit van, which will arrive with a global platform in 2013.
