This is an original NOS never used (Rupp Ruppster ATV, snowmobile JLO Rockwell L230-230E engines) Walbro BDC-1 carburetor assembly for the Ruppster dune buggy ATV go kart and Rupp snowmobiles using the L-230/230E German JLO Rockwell engines. Note: This Walbro carb assy. will probably work on other brands of snowmobiles with the JLO Rockwell L-230/L230E (227cc's) engines and please make sure this is the right carburetor assembly for your application.

Mounting flange holes are 5/16" or 8 mm diameter. Spacers can be used for 1/4" studs.

The mounting flange is the same pattern as a tillotson HR diaphragm all position carburetor. (HL is too small and HD pattern is too big) Has the barbed fitting for small primer hose topside near the 2 throttle bracket screws shown near decal. Carb is clean and complete and is supplied with a  NOS flexible rubber air ram tube velocity stack and hardware.

Be certain the carburetor and gasket line up with the pressure pulse hole in jug that operates the internal fuel pump diaphragm. A carburetor this size should have no problem powering up to a 340 single 2 stroke as that size was widely used on most 292, 250 and 340 sled engines in the 70’s. All you do is compensate on the high and low speed jet needles to obtain optimum performance.

Well, this was bound to happen – one of the cars driven by the late Paul Walker during his stint in the ultra-successful Fast & Furious film franchise has gone up for sale at an astonishing price of €1 million. That’s around £835,000. Which is rather a lot for an R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R.

We've seen the first TF LE500 models at Longbridge and we hear they will be in dealers soon, priced at around £16,000.  What's changed since the last 2005 cars? These early pre-prototypes look virtually unchanged, but now come with a body-coloured hard-top, leather seats, air-con and improved interior plastics as standard.The cars pictured here have the new standard-fit glass rear screen, wind deflector, 16in alloys in shadow chrome or satin-black finish and the new piano black interior trim and revised dials.

Insurance changes to make shopping around easier

DRIVERS renewing their car insurance could find it easier to shop around or haggle for a discount under new proposals set out by insurers. The Association of British Insurers (ABI) said it has written to the City regulator, suggesting that new minimum standards of information should be set across the market. The standards would mean that renewal documents for motor and home buildings and contents insurance would include the premium that the customer started the year paying alongside their renewal quote, so that they could be compared more easily.
