Replace your spongy, factory rubber brake lines with one of these Russell Street Legal brake line kits. The pre-assembled, steel-braided brake lines provide firmer, more responsive braking by reducing excessive brake pedal travel, which is caused by the expansion of the rubber lines. They also meet strict DOT requirements for street-driven vehicles. These kits come in pre-packaged lengths and include all of the hardware and fittings necessary for installation

Porsche 911 Carrera 4 (2012) first official pictures

Tue, 28 Aug 2012

Porsche has a new four-wheel drive - but it's not the Macan crossover, or an SUV of any description. The new-generation 911 has had the all-paw treatment, growing wider wings and fatter tyres in the process. It's also lost around 65kg compared with the old 997 Carrera 4, and Porsche claims it's a good deal faster too.

Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid: Production underway

Mon, 19 Nov 2012

The world’s first production plug-in diesel hybrid – the Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid – has gone in to production ahead of customer deliveries. Volvo are producing just 1,000 2013 V60 plug-ins, but are aiming to up production to between 4-6,000 a year from the 2014 model year and, despite the problems of integrating the V60′s complicated electric stuff in to a production car, the V60 plug-in is rolling down the same production line as the regular V60, V70, S80 and XC90. That complicated stuff includes two different powertrains and a battery pack – enough for up to 32 miles as an EV only – and a total of 300 additional parts compared to a regular ICE V60.
