A bold move, but a wise one; its bigger rivals - including Lexus - have little new in this sector at Frankfurt, leaving the XF to steal the headlines and - Jaguar hopes - some sales too.

The competition was relaunched in 2007 with a few new twists created to meet the needs of the global automotive industry. The fifth WADC strived to provide manufacturers worldwide with a source of new automotive design talent and to encourage design students, and especially women, to choose a career in automotive design.
