I acquired this transmission from a friend that owed me money, so forgive my lack of knowledge .

This is a Saginaw 4 speed transmission made in 10/72, with an overdrive on the back of it.  It was all rebuilt in 1998 by  a local transmission shop in Denver, CO.  You can see it has new shafts and seals, but they did not clean the outside of the case. I have not looked inside it. It has been stored indoors since the rebuild. Cast into the housing are the following. .  "GM-1", :"8226647", "6261888", "10/22/72", "R100-1 W.G.Div".

Shipping in the USA is $50 due to the weight via UPS insured and boxed.

Any questions, i will answer as best I can.

The Renault Megane Renaultsport 275 Trophy-R (pictured) breaks a Nurburgring record We knew Renault were planning to take the Megane Renaultsport 275 Trophy to the Nurburgring to have a crack at the FWD production car record and wrestle it back from the SEAT Lean Cupra 280. After some extreme weight saving measures – and some chassis tweaks – Renault managed to push the 275 Trophy round the Nordschleife in 7min 53.4 seconds, beating the SEAT’s time of 7min 58.4 seconds to take the record (video below). But not being one’s to miss a marketing opportunity, Renault has decided that they should celebrate the Nurburgring record with a new limited edition Megane – the Megane Renaultsport 275 Trophy-R Special Edition.
