Shipping time takes 1 to 5 days processing plus 3 to 7 days transit. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered between 4 to 12 business days of placing your order. For exact handling time check the Shipping and Payments tab above the Items Specifics. Orders are normally shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Once a tracking number is assigned, you normally will be notified by email.

Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached. Please make sure all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or altering in any way. Altered items are not returnable and non-refundable.
If you fail to contact Fly-N-Cycle, Inc. prior to returning an item you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
