ITEM CONDITION?
·    This item is brand new and factory sealed

IS TRACKING INCLUDED?
·    Yes a tracking number from UPS or USPS or FEDEX is included with all items shipped

IS INSURANCE INCLUDED?
·    Yes insurance is included in the shipping price

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
·    I try my very best to get items shipped out as fast as possible. Items generally arrive between 3-9 business days following purchase depending on the speed of the shipper.

CAN I SHIP AN ITEM TO AN UNVERIFIED ADDRESS OR ADDRESS OTHER THAN THAT IN THE PAYPAL SHIP TO ADDRESS?
·    Yes I can ship to an unverified address but please note that this address MUST BE THE PAYPAL SHIP TO ADDRESS
·    Please note that all shipping addresses must be in the paypal ship to address
·    I cannot change the shipping address once it is provided through paypal, I cannot change a shipping address even if it is emailed to me through ebay because often items are already shipped out before I receive the emails and also paypal does not provide buyer or seller protection if an item is shipped to an address other than the one in the paypal ship to address.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?
·    Im sorry but I do not combine shipping on items at this time.

COMMUNICATION
·    I generally respond to emails one to two times a day.  Please allow 24-36 hours for an email response. 
·    If you do not receive an email response within that time period please re-email me as sometimes emails get sent to junk-mail for some reason and although I try to check that folder sometimes they can get missed there

·    Please always email me to work things out prior to leaving feedback.  I pride myself on my customer service and personal service and promise to work any problems out!  Please always contact me.  I try my hardest to make all of my customers happy and consider myself a very nice guy.  I will be professional yet personal in our communication. 

• Also please note that my positive feedback is left at time of payment made to me through paypal.  My positive feedback left is immediate!  I am not like other sellers who will try to hold your positive feedback ransom.  I feel that this is the best way for feedback to be left by sellers as it instills confidence to buyers in me and also makes the transaction a more pleasant experience for my customers.  I only hope that I earn your positive feedback as well!!

·    I only ship within the continental 48 United States
·    I do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska
·    I do not ship to Military addresses
·    I do not ship to Puerto Rico or Guam

·    I do not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a street address to ship to, it can be a friend or family member or a work address because as long as the address is included as the paypal ship to address I can ship to an unverified address

RETURNS
·    I will accept returns but for items that are DEFECTIVE only. 
·    Returns are for EXCHANGE FOR NON DEFECTIVE ITEM ONLY
·    I need to be notified of a defective item within 7 days and returns need to be received back within 14 days of receipt
·    A pre-paid label will be issued for returns so please do not send until you receive this label.
·    Items must be returned within 10 days post issuing of the label or they will be assessed a 10% restocking fee
·    If the item is no longer in stock then a full refund will be issued rather than exchange
