Payment Terms:

Please Note: All payments must be received within 10 days.

Paypal: Paypal is accepted for all items. We will ONLY ship to the address provided by Paypal. We will NOT cross-ship to a non-Paypal address.There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this.

Credit Cards: We will accept credit card payments for United States buyers only. International buyers cannot pay with credit card at this time. If you wish to pay with Visa or Mastercard you can call us at 302-730-4460, one of our office staff will process your credit card payment. We will ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card. We will NOT cross-ship to a non-billing address.There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this.

Shipping Terms: Your small flat rate shipping price is reflected above. If there is no shipping price listed above or you cannot bid then you are in one of the few countries that we will NOT ship to.

Please note: Because of the limited amount of space available to us you may not receive the original packaging with your item.

Small flat rates from USPS cannot be combined with any other item. It will have to be shipped separately from any other items you may purchase from us.

We process and ship orders within three business days of payment clearing (payment is not cleared until Paypal shows it as cleared, sometimes Paypal will show a payment as pending, we cannot ship an item out while the payment is pending). Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment has ‘cleared’, please contact us by clicking 'Ask Seller A Question' above.

We will attempt to provide a tracking number for your shipment, however, because USPS will not provide tracking numbers most times, we cannot always provide one. USPS Priority Mail within the United States can take up to 10 days and International Shipments can take up to 30 days. Please contact us after these time limits have passed. If you have not received your package then please contact us by clicking 'Ask Seller A Question' above. Thank you

Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 14 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:

(1) Our customer service is included with your package (on the sheet included with your invoice), you will have to email that address within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot post the address here because of Ebay's rules.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
