Damage and Return Policy Damage Policy - If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to resolve the damage. Any and all damage must be documented with photos of the damage (this is required to file a claim with the shipping company) and emailed to us within 3 days of delivery. Return Policy - We accept authorized returns on unused products for 30 days after you receive your product. Unused means that the product has not be assembled or used in any way. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% if returned in new condition. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, a 50% restocking fee may be incurred. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item to process your refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new, resalable condition. The spy-tech features include cameras that monitor activity around the car which can be viewed from a smartphone and a computer, and an impact-detection system that can replay a video clip of fender-benders. There also are enhanced voice commands to access Web sites, including YouTube, Twitter and Wikipedia, and an electronic owner's manual for the car that's streamed onto the dashboard.

The Volvo SCC, first unveiled at the 2001 Detroit auto show, contained around 15 of the advanced technical solutions still found in Volvo models today. The SCC also inspired the design of the successful Volvo C30 model, which debuted in Paris in 2006.
