The SeaStar Solutions Safe-T Quick Connect Rotary Steering Kit is great for power steered boats in which No FeedBack systems are not required. Safe-T QC offers the quick response of three-turn steering and easy installation with a patented, no-tools-required cable connection at the helm. It works with virtually all power-assisted sterndrive boats with wheels up to 16 inches in diameter. It replaces all Teleflex/Seastar Solutions Safe-T helms made since 1968 with little or no dash modifications. Components are available for dual cable systems, but we recommend No-FeedBack steering for all dual cable steered, non-power-assisted outboards and sterndrives.

Subaru shows off Viziv2 concept at Geneva Motor Show

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

Subaru brought a new concept to the Geneva Motor Show this week, dubbed Viziv2. It's hard to ignore the somewhat alien-sounding name, and it stands for "vision for innovation." And it's the second Viziv concept, Subaru having debuted a similar concept car at last year's Geneva Motor Show. Like the concept that came before it, Viziv2 is meant to preview design language and technologies working their way into Subaru production cars, and we can already see a resemblance between the 2015 Subaru Legacy, as well as the recently-revealed WRX STI, and the concept vehicle that Subaru has brought to Geneva.

The Chery TX concept was unveiled at last month's Beijing auto show and showed significant progress in comparison to past Chery-designed vehicles. The brief for the concept was to be a ‘target-customer oriented SUV'. The TX marks a new beginning for Chery as it explores its new distinctive design philosophy, ‘Shangshan Ruoshui‘ (water) that derives from the Chinese traditional philosophy, interpreted as the pursuit of harmony and unity between humans and nature.

Hennessey Cadillac Escalade gets 557 hp

Hennessey says the HPE550 Escalade package bumps output to 557 hp and 542 lb-ft of torque with the help of a belt-driven supercharger producing 6 psi.
