SHIPPING INFO: I ship Monday - Friday and promise shipping on all items within 2 Business days (example:  you pay for an item on Friday afternoon - I'll ship it on Monday which is 1.5 business days later)  Items paid for by 9:00pm EST on Thursdays will ship on Friday.  Payments made after 9:00pm EST on Thursdays through Sunday 9:00pm EST will ship on Mondays.  Unless listed I do not ship internationally.  For items that I do agree to ship internationally - I CAN'T GUARANTEE DELIVERY NOR CONDITION OF PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL FOR MOST COUNTRIES.  Therefore I won't offer refunds for overseas and international shipments.

In a video that looks like something cooked up by elementary-school students, the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey touts its new, free smartphone app called Police Tape. The application allows users to review their rights on the spot and to record both video and audio when stopped by police. Once recorded, files can automatically be uploaded to external servers, where they are retained and examined by the ACLU for possible civil liberties violations.
