Item is a Sigtronics Transcom II SPO-42 Portable Intercom. Fail safe feature allows pilot to always hear radios - even if the intercom is off. Operates up to 40 hours on one 9-volt battery. Includes DC power cable to offer seamless operation on either battery or 11-34 Volt DC aircraft power. Radio priority assures that ATC hears only the crew member transmitting. Push to Talk Switch inputs for both pilot and copilot. Music input for CD player, MP3 player or AM / FM receiver. Audio output for recording ATC flight dialog. Item has very little signs of wear and use on it. Item will come with cords already attached to item ready for installation. Please allow up to three days handling time for all items to be shipped. I will combine shipping cost for anyone who purchases multiple items and wishes to save on shipping costs, just send an email if you intend to purchase multiple items and would like them combined. Whitacre named General Motors' permanent CEO
