Shipping Methods

Our order fulfillment turnaround time, is one business day. We use a combination of USPS and UPS for shipping with in the continental United States. We also use drop shipping for some of the items we sell. Our goal with any shipment is getting your order fulfilled and shipped to you as quickly as possible. All of our listings contain information regarding the shipping method used for that particular item.

For international shipments, we are enrolled in the Global Shipping Program here on Ebay. Please check the specifics to see if your location is eligible for international shipping through the Global Shipping Program.

For APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes, only some items are eligible. Please see item specifics to see if the item is available for delivery to these addresses. Please note, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you purchase an item that ships UPS, and your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we will need you to supply a physical address for delivery. If we do not receive a physical address for a UPS delivery, we will issue a complete refund, and cancel transaction request.

Payment

While using our Ebay store, we require Pay-pal for payment. Pay-pal payments usually clear instantly, however Pay-pal E-Checks usually take between 3-5 business days to clear. If your payment is delayed for any reason, we will send you a message letting you know.

Order Processing Time

We process the bulk of our orders, the same day they are placed. In most cases, your order will ship the same day you place it. Typical ship time from the West coast to the East coast is 3 Days for USPS, and 5 business days for UPS. Many of our items ship UPS from Mid-west warehouses, and shipping time on these orders is typically 2-3 business days. UPS orders placed after 3 P.M. PST., will ship the following business day, excluding federal holidays. Free shipping is valid only in the continental United States, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking numbers are uploaded as soon as the order is processed. We upload the tracking information as soon as we process your order, and Ebay will send an E-mail with the tracking number to the address on file as soon as the tracking number is uploaded.

If an item is back ordered for any reason, we will issue a complete refund immediately, or contact you to let you know of any delays.

Returns

We pride ourselves on having the best return policy in the business!! We will give you 1 full year to return your items for a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping for you through the Ebay hassle free returns program. The items must be returned in new/ un-used condition, in their original packaging, and must contain any pieces or additional paperwork that were originally shipped with the order.

Product warranties are handled by the product manufacturer, however we are more than happy to help expedite the process any way we can. We will need to have the item returned before we can proceed with warrantee assistance.

Racing and offroad driving are inherently dangerous activities. Many of the products we sell are not intended for street driving, and may not be legal in your state. If you plan on using a product on a street driven vehicle, we suggest you check with the manufacturer’s suggested product application.
