COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipping if all your parts can fit in one box. If you are purchasing multiple items, please pay for all items at the same time. The eBay checkout system should automatically combine your orders and consolidate the shipping cost. If it does not, you must contact us before making payment to combine your items. Failure to do so will result in separate shipping fees for each individual item. We cannot combine your shipping costs if you have already paid.

RETURNS POLICY: Returns are easy! If you like to return something you need to obtain an Return Authorization number from us in advance. Please note we can not allow returns on used items, electrical items, Items marked as final sales, auctions formatted sales, or sales over 14 days. All items must be in original condition including the packaging. You are responsible to pay the shipping back to the warehouse. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee, unless it is for store credit or exchange. Shipping is not refundable. In the event the item is shipped to you for free, the original shipping cost, and any return label shipping, WILL BE deducted from your refund, And a restocking fee will apply, from the item's original price, of 20%. This is to cover the extra labor involved in eBay compliance costs.

Clearance, Closeout, or Scratch-N-Dent Returns Policy: Same as above return policy in the event that eBay determines that item is in fact eligible for a return, but otherwise- These are CLEARANCE and are NOT eligible for returns, all sales FINAL! Some items may have defects, but will still work for the application, unless otherwise stated as inoperable. An example is shift knobs which were molded slightly oblong, or don’t seat squarely at a 90 degree angle to the shift rod. We made every effort to document every last imperfection, but we may have missed something. All items sold as is, and may not have minor parts such as shift adapter nuts, but if that was missing, please let us know, rather than returning it (or leaving negative feedback), we could always send one out. That said, I personally sealed the last hundred, and I recall about 3 missing it. We have since found more, so just let us know!
