ITEM DESCRIPTION
This is a nice used Snap On 1/4" drive ratchet, part number T72.  This ratchet is in good used condition with signs of normal use as seen in the photos.  There are no owner markings or engravings.  The photos shown are of the exact item being sold.
 

PAYMENT
    We only accept funds through PayPal and expect payment within 5 business days.  If you need longer to pay please send us a message and let us know.  Payment through PayPal can be made from your PayPal balance, credit card, or an eCheck from your bank account.  Please keep in mind if you pay using an eCheck it will have to clear like a regular check prior to shipment, which is usually 3 to 5 business days.  The payment clearing process is handled by PayPal who notifies us when the payment is cleared, and the item can be shipped.

RETURN POLICY
   We carefully inspect every item we sell and do our best to provide an accurate description noting any flaws.  When possible, items are tested to ensure they are in good working condition.  W will accept returns within 14 days if an item fails to function (DOA), or if the condition of the item was inaccurately described.  The original cost of the item and any shipping paid will be refunded, however the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

NEW researched published by the Government-backed Money Advice Service (MAS) has found more than half of people who purchased a used car underestimated the running costs. Some 56% of motorists said that total cost, including maintenance, repairs, insurance and fuel had turned out to be higher than anticipated, while one in five (20%) have resorted to going into debt just to keep their vehicle on the road. One in four (26%) of the 3,000 people surveyed who have bought a second-hand car since 2012 now has regrets about their purchase, with many of them saying they had not worked out whether it was really affordable or that the purchase price was too much in the first place.
