Lewis Hamilton on Pole for 2014 Italian Grand Prix

Sat, 06 Sep 2014

Lewis Hamilton on Pole for 2014 Italian Grand Prix F1 hasn’t been kind to Lewis Hamilton in 2014, especially with Nico Rosberg running in to him at Spa, but Hamilton is back on track with his first pole position since May and, better still, he did it by leaving Nico Rosberg in second place a comfortable 0.274s behind. That performance will no doubt help Hamilton’s state of mind as he battles Rosberg for the drivers championship, but he still has a mountain to climb as Mercedes’ sanctions on Rosberg don’t include a ‘resting’ race to level the playing field. 'Ender's Game' Audi fleet shuttle quattro concept development revealed [w/Video]

Wed, 30 Oct 2013

Audi has released a short video and pictures exploring the development of the fleet shuttle quattro from the new sci-fi blockbuster 'Ender's Game'. The concept, presented as a 1:4 illuminated scale model at the movie's premiere at the Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, was first announced in August and is Audi's first car completely designed on a computer. During filming the actors drove an Audi A7 Sportback before Digital Domain – responsible for the film's special effects – used computer-generated imagery to transform it into the digital fleet shuttle Quattro in post-production.
