It's a 14 unit limited edition produced through the Aston Martin Works Tailored customisation programme, and available through Colette's Paris store. Aston Martin Cygnet & Colette: the fashionista's Aston Martin Colette (it's supposed to be lower-case, like Audi's spelling of Quattro) stylists have left the unfashionable mechanical parts alone and concentrated on the colour and trim selection on the Cygnet. Outside, the Cygnet gets 'Colette blue' highlights over silver paint, including what Aston Martin refers to as 'Colette blue grille lipstick and body stripe'. But it’s one thing taking on low-selling, high-end cars, and quite another becoming the best-selling car bar none in a given market, but that’s exactly what Tesla has achieved in Norway in the first few weeks of September. Admittedly, Norway’s car market isn’t huge, but the Tesla Model S managed to move in to buyers hands in Norway in the first two weeks of September at a quicker rate than even the regular VW Golf, selling 322 compared to the Golf’s 256.

That optional 2.3-liter turbocharged inline-four is generating a lot of buzz; it's expected to help keep the car sporty while cutting down on fuel consumption, and it's going to help the Mustang make headway in overseas markets. Adding a turbo-four to the pony car equation isn't exactly novel: The Blue Oval put a forced-induction motor with the same cylinder count, configuration and displacement in the 1979 Mustang.
