I think this is an avalanche Radio Detector for finding snow buried persons. Model BCR-1 made by Snowmasters or Snow Masters. Magnetic patch on back allows it to stick to ferrous metals. Frequency is 433.92 MHz. Has a three-conductor 1/4" phone plug connection. Untested, but looks in really good shape. Economy shipping to US via USPS first class.
