Soft Comm Atc-2 2 Place Pilot Flight Airplane Intercom Gently Used on 2040-parts.com
Palmyra, Pennsylvania, US
You are bidding on a gently used SoftComm Intercom ATC-2, in the original box. This belonged to my father, who took flight lessons for a short time, but he then unfortunately developed health issues that prevented him from flying. I don’t even know if he used this at all, but if he did, it was not for very many flights. There are no holes drilled in the top, as is mentioned in some other listings. I don’t know if that is good or bad! There is an additional cord included, but I can't honestly say that I know what it does. My father always takes excellent care of his tools, and it was in the box with the intercom. All the equipment appears to be in excellent condition, and looks like new.
New intercoms cost approx. $175. See http://www.mypilotstore.com/mypilotstore/sep/5524
Get your Christmas, Chanukah, or other holiday shopping started early! This intercom would be great for any pilot, for yourself or as a gift!
Thanks for looking, and Happy Bidding!

RCA 'Future Car' design competition winner announced
Fri, 08 Jun 2012Michal Vlcek, a first-year student in the Vehicle Design department at London's Royal College of Arts, has been announced by the organizers of the London Motorexpo as the winner of the competition to design an innovative electric-powered car. The competition, which was open exclusively to RCA students, asked for designs for the four person electric vehicle of 2032, using "the packaging advantages of an electric motor to move way from the formulaic styling of many modern-day passenger cars". Vlcek's high-quality artwork and lateral thinking proved to be instrumental in his success.
