The soft top was bought a few years ago but has never been used. I screwed the cab rail on the truck in order to attach the leading edge of the canvas and take the photos but you can see that it is loose because I never fastened it down to the body or tailgate. The top custom fits a 1st generation 4runner but I didn't want to put rivets into the body so I never used it. An aluminum "L" channel could easily be used for the rivets and attached to the cab using the existing holes. (See picture #6 with red interior) but this does not come with the top. This picture attached the L-channel to existing screw holes with a short piece of metal but these are not needed. Holes could be drilled directly into the L channel at the existing body hole points and rivets placed into the channel.
The aluminum rail that attaches to the cab does come with the top, however note shipping comments below. It has 14 rivets. I snapped down 10 in order to take the photos. 4 of them didn't seem to line up but I didn't stretch it all the way and tweaking might be needed once entire top is in place. I didn't mess with it very much. The top cost $700 and has never been out except to take these pictures. It has two heavy duty, high quality zippers on either side of the rear window and Velcro ties that allow it to be rolled up and secured to the roll bar.
Shipping note: Since the aluminum rail that attaches to the cab has two bends in it, it might be very difficult to ship without straightening which would likely break it, though this does not seem critical since the gasket on the cab keeps rain out. This auction is for custom fit canvas soft top. I will include the cab rail in the auction for local pickup but shipping arrangements and price of shipping for the rail are not included as it will be subject to buyers preference (it can be easily shipped if cut into 3 straight pieces).
This will make a great top at a fraction of the new cost. The canvas is very high quality.

MINI Clubvan AXED in the US after just 50 sales

By the time the new MINi Clubvan arrived as a production model last summer – and debuted at the 2012 Goodwood FoS – it had changed little from the concept, but looked set for success as a funky little local delivery vehicle. Peugeot 90X breaks cover
Thu, 04 Nov 2010Once a well kept secret in Peugeots Sport factory in Vélizy, near Paris, Peugeots new 2011, codenamed 90X, has been out and about for its first test at the Monza track. While the 90X complies with the new ACO's 2011 regulations, it still requires some considerable amount of work to be done to be ready for 2011. A curvier windscreen and slight change to the nose but the biggest changes are the new fin leading from the cockpit to the rear spoiler, aimed to offer more down force and avoid flipping in the case of a high speed crash.
