The best balanced sound deadening premium class set for the car roof with a step-by-step instruction.

The set contains: Shumoff L2 – 16 sheets, Absorber A15 – 3 sheets, Set of gloves (for free as a gift).

Step 1. (Each step is shown in the pictures). Take off the roof upholstery. Paste the first vibro-absorbing layer L2 between the roof reinforcements. Degrease the metal surface before gluing. After the first layer has been pasted, it needs to be rolled down with a special roller for sound insulation. Make sure that the material is firmly against the metal over the whole and there are no air bubbles under it. The vibro-absorbing  layer takes away high-frequency noise and suppresses the vibration of metal while riding and also patter of rain and aerodynamic noises appearing at the speed of 100 km\h and more.

Step 2. Degrease the aluminum surface of the first layer and paste the second sound deadening layer – Absorber A15. The second layer not only absorbs medium- and low-frequency noise but also works as a heat insulator decreasing heat conductivity of the roof. In winter your heating system will work more efficiently and during summer it will be cooler with AC working, and the echo-effect will disappear.

Step 3. Install everything back with care. Check if all the lamps, keys, buttons and all the other electrical equipment work correctly.

When you purchase 2 or more sets, you get the roller for free!

BMW X4 revealed BMW X5 Plug-In Hybrid review (2014 onwards) BMW hasn’t confirmed anything other than the fact it will be ‘larger’ than the X5 and X6.
