Renault puts a price on the 2012 Twingo Facelift
Fri, 20 Jan 20122012 Renault Twingo costs £10,350 The facelift for the 2012 Renault Twingo debuted at Frankfurt, and Renault has now put a price on their new baby – £10,350. The facelift for the 2012 Renault Twingo is not the most comprehensive overhaul you’ll eve see in a car, consisting mainly of a new nose reflecting more current Renault design, a tiny tweak round the back and a few new colour options. But then the 2012 Twingo is really just a stop-gap until a SMART-based Twingo arrives – probably in 2013 – and as such does its job; making the Twingo look a bit fresher.
Lightning GT
Thu, 24 Jul 2008The Lightning GT is a fresh take on all-electric mobility; a performance car with unabashed sports car proportions. Made from carbon skin draped over the chassis architecture, the dynamic shape features bulging wheelarches and creased feature lines running from front to rear. By combining these classic, British sports car design cues with state of the art battery power and innovative electric motors, the Lightning follows the path of the Tesla Roadster and has been developed with the goal of generating exhilarating performance.
Aston Martin Shop – at the Nurburgring

And they’re in good company, as both Nissan and Ferrari have recently done the same. But this is as much about the Nurburgring’s intention of becoming a leisure and business centre as it is about being a sales refuge for beleaguered car makers.
