Be forewarned, this thing is ugly! The once white plastic is yellowing in most spots, it is missing the power/volume knob. But it appears to power up just fine, all knobs and buttons work. I did not check the transmit but it received static. No bracket or knobs, includes hard-wired mic. But surely someone out there needs a cheap radio for a spare or in a dinghy or something! Thanks for looking!

The heads-up we got what pretty much on the money. But we were told that the exterior of the ISR would get red highlights to make it look a bit ‘racy’.
