Brand:Standard Motor Products Manufacturer Part Number:US-88

Up for auction / your consideration, is a MOPAR ignition Switch by Standard Brands # US-88.  This fits various Chrysler products.  This is the mechanical iginition switch that is inside of the ignition column, not the mechanical key/lock cylinder that is seen from the outside of the column.  This was to installed on a column mounted ignition switch, not a dashboard/instruments panel mounted ignition switch. This was bought for my 1971 Dodge Charger, with a column mounted ignition switch, because I thought the switch was bad, but later on, I found out the clutch neutral safety switch was not adjusted properly.  I bought this new, back in 1993 and have provided a picture of the receipt to prove it. It comes with the mechanical ignition switch, the instruction and the supplement instruction on how to install it on a 1975/1976 vehicle.  Please note that because of the different option, ignition switch light, automatic, manual transmissions, this will not have of those wiring connections installed in the connection block and that if you have them you will have to add those options wiring to this ignition switch connection block.  I am just letting you know as this switch is from 1993 and does not have all the optional wiring installed.  This switch is brand new and has never been tampered with, modied, changed. refurbished, altered, or used in any way.  I have had it stored in a box since than, that is why the outside box is in such poor shape.  Please review the pictures before placing any bids on this item.  If you have unanswered questions, or are unsure of the application chat or do not have the skills to install and use this part, do not bid on this part.  I will only wish that the persons bidding on this part know what they are getting into in advance, and will be happy with what they they are getting.

A TAKEAWAY driver found using an unsafe car has been given 18 penalty points in one hit, but is still allowed to get behind the wheel. Ala Udin pleaded guilty to a string of motoring offences when he appeared before magistrates in Aberystwyth, Mid Wales. The 44-year-old father turned up to court with 11 points already on his licence and knowing that getting just one more would tip him over the ban threshold.
