With the 2010-2012 GT500 Mustang, Ford took this car to a level never seen before at the O.E. level. Just like the 2011+ 5.0L Mustangs, Ford put an outstanding air intake system on these cars giving the customer an extremely high level of performance and capability right from the showroom floor.

Steeda have taken that a step further with their new ProFlow Cold Air Intake for the 2010 and Up GT500. Designed, tested, and assembled all in-house. This kit completely replaces the factory intake assembly. This kit is specifically designed to utilize the factory cold air feed from the grille and incorporates a serviceable high flow air filter, an injection molded velocity stack, black powdercoated heat shield, and their high flow ProFlow intake tube.

With a large 114mm mass air flow pipe, Steeda achieved a substantial increase in air flow at all engine rpm's, not just at redline. The heat shield seals to the hood liner and also keeps the factory cold air feed duct keep out all hot engine bay air for maximum power.

This GT500 cold air intake is so effective at improving airflow into the 5.4L supercharged engine that a performance tune is required for maximum performance and driveability. This intake will not work with the factory ECU calibration.

In an effort to maximize performance and provide our customers with only the very best products Steeda has partnered with the leader in automotive tuning - SCT Performance. Combined with the required custom tune using an SCT X3 Flash programming device Steeda has achieved power increases of up to 36hp and 39ft/lbs of torque!

Breaking down the powerband, peak to peak gains of 32 horsepower were achieved, with point to point max gains of 36 horsepower. Peak to peak torque gains were 32ft/lbs of torque, with point to point max gains of as much as 39ft/lbs! Power gains were achieved over the entire RPM range. More power and improved throttle response is available everywhere at any time when you need it.

Product Benefits:
* Utilizes the factory cold air feed duct from the grille for low air charge temperatures
* Gloss Black Powdercoated Heat Shield
* ProFlow roto molded intake tube offers minimal heat soak maintaining cool air charge temps
* Up to 36hp and 39ft/lbs of torque on an otherwise stock car
