This line lock is a Summit Brake Lock #SUM-3901, brand new. Part of the componenets are Mr Gasket

This Control is  to hold the brake pressure to the front to hold the vehicle on a hill or the starting line at the drags. Easy to do a burn out by locking the front tires and releasing the back brakes with this system. Works with 12 - 16 volt electric systems.

This launch control is a sophisticated device that installs into your existing brake system. The easily installed solenoid provides the brake holding capacity you are looking for. It can be used for racing or for street applications if you need a hill holder while stopped on an uphill grade. Can be used to hold brakes for up to 60 seconds. This high quality solenoid can be used on either the front or rear brakes of your vehicle and can handle pressure spikes up to 1500 psi or maintain.

Full installation manual is included.

Illegal school parking 'should be fined'

Wed, 12 Feb 2014

DRIVERS who park illegally when dropping off or collecting their children from school should be fined. A large number of drivers (86%) say they agree with trials by councils to catch school run drivers who park on zig-zag lines at pedestrian crossings, even if they stop for only a few seconds. Several local councils, including Enfield in north London and York boroughs, are now using CCTV cameras to capture illegal parking.

We think Gordon – creator of the McLaren F1 – is on exactly the right track for City Cars – either the T.25 or it’s electric sibling the T.27 – looking to create cheap to manufacture, small, light and very strong cars powered by either a small, 3-pot engine or by an electric motor. And today we get more detail – and photos – of the T.25, the ICE version.

Suzuki loses the American Dream, dies an unloved death on our shores

Tue, 06 Nov 2012

On Nov. 5, 2012, the American Suzuki Motor Corp.filed for bankruptcy and announced that no more Suzukis will be sold in America—not now, not ever. (Unless someone has the Bricklin-like foresight to import Wagon Rs to our advanced civilization in, say, 50 years.) And with that news, the Stateside automotive journalists filed their respective stories, drove home and sat on the couch to twiddle their thumbs.
