Cars with big cams may run a little short on vacuum for their power brake boosters. For all of the vacuum that you need, just install this Summit® electric vacuum pump kit.. They include a shiny 12 V pump and all of the vacuum line, fittings, and hardware required for installation. These units are completely self-contained, with no need for the additional wiring of relays or switches—simply supply power to the units and they regulate themselves. When vacuum levels drop below 15 hg, the electric vacuum pumps activate and increase brake vacuum to 20 hg. Comes with Summit vacuum canister to hold vacuum and keep pump from coming on a lot. It worked great on my 498 roller motor. I sold the motor so don.t need the vacuum any more. It works great and costs over $300 if you get it from Summit. Will answer any questions.

Back in May, ex-Ferrari man Dany Bahar was ousted as CEO of Lotus, confirmed a month later by Lotus parent DBR-Hicom who appointed Aslam Farikullah – an engineer, not a marketing man – to oversee a way forward for Lotus, and just last week Lotus put Bahar’s custom Esprit up for sale. But that appears not to be the end of dealings between DBR-Hicom and Bahar as Bahar has issued proceedings against his former employers seeking compensation of £6.7 million for wrongful dismissal.
