Up for sale is a custom made wiring harness built by BoomSlang wiring. This harness is made for 1993-1995 Toyota Supra with an Automatic Transmission to have two ECUs. One ECU is used to control the idle control valve, main relay, fuel pump, injectors, and ignition system which is what you need for a standalone tunable ECU and the other one will be the stock ECU which will have the main basic functions such as controlling the transmission shifting, A/C, check engine light. All main sensors such as crank position sensor, cam position sensor, engine coolant temp sensor, TPS, Knock sensor etc will feed signal to both ECUs. The MAF sensor will only feel the factory ECU so the transmission can shift properly.

This piece was ordered for a customer's 1993 Toyota Supra with an Automatic transmission to run both ECUs but halfway through the build the customer decided to go with a more expensive ECU to control the automatic transmission and no longer need this item. This is a custom built harness and it is non returnable so we are stuck with it.

It cost us $1000 to have this custom harness built and we no longer can use it.

New McLaren F1 – rendered

Fri, 16 Oct 2009

A modern rendering of the McLaren F1 created by Matt Williams Many thought the 12C was a bit too generic. Almost a morphing of supercar styling from other makers. But in many ways that could be its long-term strength.

BMW 7-series models hit by recall

Mon, 29 Oct 2012

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a recall of 45,500 BMW 7-series sedans in the 2005-2008 model year range. The recall, which has its origins in a NHTSA investigation initiated in August 2011, addresses a software malfunction that may cause vehicles to roll away when parked. A glitch in the BMW Comfort Access keyless-entry and ignition system is responsible for the problem.
