Fiat buys remaining stake in Chrysler (2014)

In a deal worth £2.2billion, the Italian company bought the remaining 41.46% of Chrysler from the VEBA Trust (Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association) made up of current and former Chrysler employees. Lexus has unveiled the all-new GS sedan at this year's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. It is the fourth generation of the company's mid-size offering - the first generation was initially designed by Giugiaro in 1990. Lexus says the new car brings ‘a more engaging driving experience, bolder design and a more spacious, contemporary interior'.

After the overwhelming success of its European and North American interactive design competitions, GM and Car Design News are excited to announce the launch of their first competition exclusively for the Chinese market, the CDN–GM/PATAC Interactive Design Competition China.
