Product Condition

1. Sold As-Is

·          If an item is sold as-Is, then there will be No Refunds for any reason whatsoever. You should keep this in mind while bidding and bid as if this item is in the worst condition possible.

2. Sold With Warranty

·          If an item is sold with warranty, then we will provide a 30-day warranty unless indicated otherwise. Errors on behalf of the buyer due to misconfiguration of their item will not be honored.

·          All products are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of arrival unless the item is sold "As-Is".

·          Any caveats, missing features, or damage mentioned in the auction listing is not to be considered covered under warranty.

·          Buyer must notify seller within seven (7) days (including weekends and holidays) of receipt of the item if the item is received in non-working condition.

·          Warranty DOES NOT cover external removable parts, such as caps, screws, sensors, etc.

·          Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost in BOTH WAYS.

 

Return Policy

·          Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition it was received.

·          A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and returned with the item (it will be supplied after email request). All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

·          We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

·          If the item was damaged during shipping, all packaging material and the original box of the item was shipped in must be saved for UPS or USPS to pickup, along with the damaged item.

·          Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a claim to UPS or USPS may also void your warranty.

·          Damage claims can take up to 6 - 8 weeks.

·          All returns subject to 20% restocking fee.

·          Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost in BOTH WAYS.

 

Payment Options

·          We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

·          CA bidders need to pay 8.5% sales tax.

·          If payment for this auction is not received via an accepted method within seven (7) days from the close of the auction, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with eBay. If payment has not been received within ten (10) days from the Non Paying Bidder Alert file date, A Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay. There will be no extension of this time frame, nor a reversal of these filings for any reason. Shipping

·          Shipping will be made via UPS or USPS at our discretion. We will ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days after confirmation and verification of payments (except on weekends and holidays).

·          The shipping cost listed in the auction is for address within 48 contiguous US states only.

·          Please email us first for shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, and address outside of the United States including Canada.
