Designed for coastwise use, the single tube MD 1 Life Raft's construction methods, materials, components, and equipment are identical to those used on our USCG Approved Coastal Life Raft. The MD-1 features the same buoyancy chamber and canopy fabrics, inflation system, ballast pockets, and survival kit, all in a design that makes safety more affordable. this raft is in a soft valise that measures 34" long x 18" wide x 16" height and weighs 62 lbs. Was $4,695.00 new. Never used. Needs inspection. This is big and heavy and will be expensive to ship. Local bidders are welcome to pick this up (free, of course) at our shop in Feasterville, PA, Just north of Philadelphia.

General Motors has delayed indefinitely the Chevrolet Camaro convertible and Z28 high-performance variant to save cash, sources say. GM also has tabled plans to add a four-cylinder engine version of the Camaro. GM is starting to ship the Camaro to dealers this week.

The new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (pictured) goes on sale in the UK
The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV arrived at the Paris Motor Show in 2012, and although it’s already available in Europe it’s only now going on sale in the UK. And it does offer a compelling package. Mitsubishi say the Outlander PHEV is the most practical vehicle qualifying for the UK’s £5,000 grant for low emission cars, and instead of charging really silly prices for their new plug-in hybrid Mitsubishi have pitched it so buyers pay no more at entry-level (after the grant) than they would for its diesel equivalent.

The Audi Q3 Vail Concept – revealed at the Detroit Auto Show – gets a winter theme and previews the RS-engined hot Q3 Audi are planning. The Interwebs decided this last few days that the Audi Q3 Vail would be a two-door coupe version of the Q3 – a mini X6, for want of a better comparison. But it’s not.
