***I have sold THOUSANDS of Quality used drivetrain parts on Ebay since 2001.*** I have more T5 parts on my other auctions. LOW MILEAGE V6 Camaro/Firebird T5 gear set. Came from a stock 1996 Chevrolet V6 Camaro. Should fit all 1993-2002 V6 Camaro/Firebird. Tag number on donor transmission was 1352-247. Will fit some later 4.0L Mustangs IF the 26 tooth Ford input gear is used. Teeth are NOT the same as splines. T5 input tooth and spline counts vary greatly. Ratios are 3.75 1st, 2.19 1.41 1.00 R3.53. 26 splines and 26 gear teeth on the input. 071 Cluster gear tooth counts: 43-34-28-15-15 Mainshaft gear tooth counts: 1st (34Tooth), 2nd(37T), and 3rd(29T) gears. Very good condition. Good gear teeth. Good synchro engagement teeth with normal wear on first. Almost no wear on 2nd and 3rd synchro engagement teeth (see pictures). NO pitted roller surface inside the input gear. Transmission was in perfect working order. Actual items are pictured. All the gears came from the same T5. The cluster gear has the notch for the seal that the later T5s used inside of 5th gear. The overdrive set is listed on another auction. The input length is about 9.375" - that is the total length NOT just the length that sticks out the front of the complete transmission. Selecting the correct part for application and intended use is the responsibility of buyer. There are numerous websites out there dedicated to adapting and customizing T5s. Use caution with discussion forums though, because they can be full of misinformation. SHIPS WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY (M-F) OF PAYMENT IN MOST CASES. UPS is responsible for transit times. Once item is shipped I have no control over how long it takes to reach you. Transit time depends on distance to be travelled among other things like shipping to a remote area. Half of all drivers experience road rage
Wed, 09 Jul 2014MORE THAN half of the drivers in the UK say they have been the victim of road rage at some point in the past 12 months. The same research showed that 11% of drivers in the UK have used full beam in an effort to annoy another driver, while 4% said they had threatened to damage another person’s vehicle. The study by the Van Discount Company showed that women over the age of 50 were the most common target for road rage, with 40% of women in this age bracket saying they experienced road rage at least once a month.
GM may use diesels in light-duty pickups
Mon, 11 Jun 2012General Motors is considering a diesel engine for light-duty versions of its redesigned full-sized pickups. GM North America President Mark Reuss said in an interview that a diesel is among the options for the next-generation Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, which are due in showrooms next spring. Chrysler Group recently said it is considering a diesel for its light-duty Ram.
