For sale is a TDO4LR turbo.
So... I don't know cars, any question you have I will try to answer but honestly I don't know.
I bought a 2001 Dodge Neon, this and a inter cooler were in the trunk, the turbo sat in my basement for the past 3 years. It was never installed by me into the car. I do not know if it has ever been used, the fan blades on both sides spin smoothly. From what I was able to find on the turbo it should not come with the two silver tubes shown in the picture. I will not be removing these as stated above, I don't know cars or car parts. The item will ship as shown in the pictures. Any questions I will try to answer them. Good times...
