TWIN DISC / TECHNODRIVE model TMC 60 A marine transmission, new, with warranty. This model is a 7 degree downangle type, meaning the output shaft is at a 7 degree angle to the engine crankshaft. This allows the engine to sit level, with the prop shaft angled down 7 degrees. Your choice of 2:1, or 2.45:1 reduction ratio. List price is $1789, we sell these new units discounted. It is rated for a maximum 45 horsepower diesel engine at 3600 rpm. The engine must have left hand [ counterclockwise ] rotation, when looking at the flywheel. It will bolt to a 4" diameter Borg Warner / Velvet Drive prop shaft coupler. We have these couplers in stock, new, to fit 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1.125", 1.25" and 1.375" diameter prop shafts. $69 each. American Elegance: Duesenbergs and drag cars return for concours at Meadow Brook
Tue, 13 Jul 2010Cackling and rumbling, roaring and growling, the pair of vintage drag racers rolls onto the brick courtyard--a silver 1965 Dodge Coronet and a gaudy orange '66 “Gas Ronda” Mustang. They're two of the headliners at this year's Concours d'Elegance of America at Meadow Brook. They were followed moments later by a Bugatti Veyron, which almost silently slipped into view, thanks to the clandestine output of its 1,001 hp.
BMW Classic Center opens to customers

Its 200 clubs have about 200,000 members, and the company estimates there are 600,000 classic BMWs on the road--and those are just the ones the company knows about.
