‘Lamborghini’ Ferruccio (2008) first official pictures

Designed by Italian coachbuilder Magvisio, the Ferruccio was a rebodied Murcielago LP640 and would have been faster than any current car wearing the Lamborghini badge, with a claimed top speed of 230mph. Although not an official Lamborghini project, Sant'Agata was monitoring the scheme ‘with interest’, according to its creators.Magvisio specialises in customisation jobs for private clients, and the Ferruccio was to be its first stab at designing a car from the ground up.

This time the aftermarket fettler has turned its attention to Merc’s already rather powerful ML63 AMG off-roader, adding some fairly garish visual modifications and performing some even crazier tweaks underneath the bonnet ahead of the car’s debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show next month. Britain leads bumper year for Ferrari
Fri, 12 Sep 2014FERRARI may be struggling on the Formula One track, but its bank accounts are in fine shape after profits reached new record highs. After delivering 3,631 cars in the first six months of the year – 3.6% fewer than the me period in 2013, in line with the company's plans to reduce deliveries – revenues were up 14.5% to almost £1.35 billion. Profits rose 5.2% to £185 million, which should pay for a good send-off for the outgoing Ferrari Chairman Luca di Montezemolo after his 23 years of service.
