• Delivery Estimates:  While our friends at UPS, FedEx and USPS are generally very fast at delivering packages, sometimes delays do occur.  The estimates shown in the listing header are just that, and by no means given as a guarantee of an exact delivery date.  
• Local Pickup:  I will participate in this only for exceptionally large or items with costly or labor intensive packaging requirements, and you MUST make contact with me prior to making payment.  If online payment is received prior to arranging pickup with me, I must ship the item.  I cannot refund shipping costs or revise the delivery method after a closed sale.
• Returns:  The general policy is outlined under the "shipping and payments" tab found at the top of the listing.  This can not and will not apply to items sold "as-is" or for "parts only", where returns are not accepted.  If there is a problem with your order, please FIRST contact Logan through messaging and let me know about the issue.  I will resolve it.
