Kia Naimo EV Concept revealed
Thu, 31 Mar 2011The Kia Naimo EV gets revealed in Seoul This week sees the start of the Seoul Motor Show. Which may not be at the top of our list of must-see shows, but with Kia and Hyundai taking over the world we do need to at least sit up and take notice. Today is press day at Seoul and Kia has rocked up with a funky electric CUV (Crossover Utility Vehicle) – the Kia Naimo – powered by a pair of 27kWh lithium-ion polymer batteries in the boot which power an electric motor that’s good for 108bhp and 207lb/ft of torque.
Fiat 500X teaser video ahead of 2014 Paris motor show
Fri, 05 Sep 2014Fiat has issued this Youtube video of its new 500X crossover, which is destined to launch the Italian brand into the compact SUV market dominated by the Nissan Juke. Although an annoyingly restricted view of the 500X, it is possible to make out the silhouette and outline of the baby crossover, which goes on sale in the UK in time for the new 15-reg launch in March 2015. Jaguar Land Rover sales up 10% in October
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Jaguar Land Rover has revealed another rise in sales for October 2012, selling 10 per cent more cars than a year ago. Jaguar Land Rover has reported sales of 25,176 cars in October 2012, an increase of 10 per cent on last year, and sales for 2012 up by an impressive 35 per cent compared to the same period in 2011. But those sales are really a game of two halves – Jaguar and Land Rover.
