The 65,000-mile California car is claimed to be “one of the most original 101-series Giulietta Sprints in existence today with all-original interior, mostly original paint, perfect gauges, factory engine-compartment components, no accidents, and straight chrome and trim.” Curiously, the engine and transmission were removed and rebuilt in 1975 but were never reinstalled. McLaren's F1 drivers Lewis Hamilton and reigning world champion Jenson Button will drive the 12C up the Goodwood hillclimb on Saturday and Sunday in the Supercar Run.They're wheeling out the F1 stars again?Yep. The MP4-12C is being heavily promoted by McLaren's grand prix racers.
