Description:Up for auction is a Tiller Handle from an Elgin Outboard. Includes the shear pin holder mounted on the side. Total length is 14-1/2". See pictures for the parts included in this auction and their condition. Being sold As-Is.From an estate sale find. The tag lists the donor motor as Model Number 571-58561 (1951-1952 Elgin 5 HP). Parts may fit other models or manufacturers. Since I have no knowledge of the condition of the motor when it was auctioned, this is being sold As-Is for parts. At Metrocab's testing facility in Surrey, representatives from the Capital's taxi world met London Mayor Boris Johnson, who after driving the car threatened to turn into Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson. The Mayor joined Licensed Taxi Drivers Association (LTDA) General Secretary Steve McNamara, and London Cab Drivers Club (LCDC) Chairman Grant Davis to put the Metrocab’s zero emissions capability to the test.
