We’re hoping Ford are still going ahead with plans for the Focus RS Hybrid by 2013, but what we do know for sure  is that we will be seeing a warmer Focus in the 2012 Focus ST before the end of the year. Tokyo Motor Show 2013: The Debutants

This year we've seen some great concepts and production models debut at shows across the world, but as the days get shorter and the nights get colder, it's a signal the year is nearly at an end. For CDN, a typically hectic event schedule is concluded with a trip to Tokyo for the forty-third edition of its annual show. Ahead of its opening, the carmakers have begun to announce what we can expect to see sitting pride of place on their stands.

Guggenheim to auction BMW M1 art car

The Guggenheim Museum in New York is selling an original BMW M1 art car to raise funds and to make way for other exhibits. Frank Stella painted the Bavarian supercar in 1979, and it has been part of the Guggenheim collection since 1999. BMW has commissioned many art cars since the program launched in 1975, including another M1 by Andy Warhol and a 3.0 CSL also by Stella.
