Tuned Port Induction Programming Services

This auction is for 1 memcal (memory calibration module, or PROM), and can be burned using any GM BCC (broadcast code) you like, such as AUJP, AXCN, AXCR, ANHT, AXXB, AYPY, or ARAP, and many others based on what you have. Unlike my other auction where new GM memcals are used this is a used memcal. It will be fully tested to assure that it is operational prior to being shipped to you. Unlike other sellers auctions here, mine will be tailored to your specific application based on the questions shown below. I could use big words like remanufactured, or restored, but really it is used!

The auction includes 1 memcal (calibration module) with custom or stock programming for your 1986, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, and 92, Tuned Port Induction injection mass air, or speed density TPI system with a 7165, 7730, Camaro, or 7727, Corvette ECM. Custom programming for your SBC whatever cubic displacement size, injector size, or cam with less than 224 degrees of duration at .050 is possible with TPI. For cams larger than 224 at .050 will work with the speed density type 7730 ECM, but a different intake designed with shorter runners should be used. One of the spark tables used is from one of the premier aftermarket specialty shops, but one will be chosen for your application that best suites your vehicle.

Recently I've been having to program memcals for people who bought from very large Companies. These Companies are not programming the memcals correctly. What they are doing doesn't allow the spark advance to operate correctly. Please contact me and I'll get back to you, and find out if you're a victim of un-savory sell at all cost companies.

Tour of quake zone shows Akio Toyoda 'the depth of destruction'

Tue, 29 Mar 2011

Toyota Motor Corp. President Akio Toyoda toured Japan's earthquake disaster zone, including the damaged assembly plant opened there in January, as the world's largest automaker struggles to get a grip on the supplier crisis and resume production. Toyoda's trip on Sunday and Monday took him to Miyagi prefecture, near the epicenter of the killer March 11 quake and an area being positioned by Toyota as its domestic center for small car production.

Will Chrysler reload with another wagon?

Mon, 18 Jul 2011

Is Chrysler aiming to get some of its old swagger back by dusting off a recent gem with customizers? The Dodge Magnum wagon with its "gangsta" profile proved a sensation with tuners and urban dwellers when it arrived in showrooms in 2004. But it was quickly spiked when Chrysler hit the financial skids and restructured under bankruptcy a few years ago.
