1. Not As Described:, If the item is not as described. Or you received an item(s) other than what was described on this auction page. Please contact us through eBay's messaging system immediately. Please include all pertinent details and comments you may have.
2. Description-Related: If you feel the item is "NOT" as it was described, please provide a short but detailed reason. Use eBay's Messaging system and notify us directly within 2 days of receiving the item. We will then conduct the following review.
3. Description-Review: We will review the auction page and determine if it was inaccurate or grossly misrepresents the item and it's condition. Keep in mind, as stated above, all parts are used, and Sold "AS-IS". However, we will try to work with you. Understanding that mistakes can happen.
4. Returns: Will be at our discretion, excluding incorrect shipments as outlined below. Return shipping costs and proper packaging will be the responsibility of the buyer. Also NO return shipments will be accepted or considered without prior consent and an issued RMA.
5. Incorrect Shipment: If the item(s) shipped to you are not what you purchased, we will exchange for the "CORRECT" model part. If that part is no longer in our inventory we will issue a full refund, once the part is received back. The return shipping process in this circumstance WILL be initiated by us. Please do not self ship without an RMA. This process requires immediate notification and will be effective for 7 business days from the date shipment received.
6. (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will not issue refunds for parts received back that are broken, disassembled or otherwise in a state/condition different from how they were shipped out.
7. Exceptions: Only for the conditions of an Incorrectly shipped item, we maintain a "NO Returns", "NO Refunds" policy.
8. Restocking fees: are not applied normally. HOWEVER, under circumstances where items have been altered, or changed from when shipped out we will impose restocking fees at our discretion.
9. Unfortunately, in situations where you feel YOU did not purchase the correct part or you "bought the wrong part", we are unable to help you. Please remember this is not a retail store. ALL sales are final.

11. We do not offer refunds on any item, Unless it is grossly mis-represented.

1. We Do Not Offer Returns or Refunds. Except under Special Circumstances. The Reason?? We price our items competitively and with a very low amount of profit. So accordingly, we can pass on the savings to you.
2. However, these parts are used, not New, Re-manufactured or Refurbished. We take them from vehicles that either tested by us or certified tested by our sources. That said, even with those caveats, we sometimes get parts that do not function as they should.
3. WHICH IS WHY, we choose to sell at lowered prices.
4. Shipping Costs??? : Once again, to keep our prices LOW, we do not offer Free shipping. However we go to great effort to make sure that you will be paying nearly exactly for whatever we get charged. We Do Not charge for any Shipping nor Handling except at our discretion for larger parts we may have to special package. These are usually freight related.
5. Feedback: We really appreciate getting Positive Feedback. Not everyone gives it, but it's the soul of what keeps sellers on eBay. Also, Negative feedback does not go away quickly. So please contact us, regardless if you've got issues. But understand, we are being fair and clear up front about the reasons for our policies. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of IL.

Once an auction closes. You are notified to make payment by eBay's automated system. In some circumstances, you may pay at the time of closing. In either situation, eBay's system notifies us of your purchase.

Once we are notified, receive payment, and the payment clears, we process the shipment.

We ensure orders are filled and shipped promptly. And although we ship either the same or next business day on most orders we do maintain a 2 to 3 business day handling time.

As for the shipping itself, we ship via USPS (normally Priority Mail), FedEx and UPS. The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) are chosen by us unless stated otherwise in the auction.

We take into account several criteria; including the part's size, it's weight and the final destination address.

MOST orders are boxed and shipped out within One to Two Business days of placing your order (Assuming Cleared Payment).

When shipping labels are printed, the tracking information is normally auto-posted to eBay's auction system. Every so often it does not.

If you DO NOT see a tracking number posted to your eBay or Paypal account for the order within 48 (business) hours of ordering, please let us know. Send a message by eBay's Message system.

Upon receipt of your request we will immediately initiate tracking. Be aware, the process is not always quick since varied shipping methods have different points of tracking.

Ground Shipping delivery in the lower 48 states usually has the following timelines:

• USPS Priority Mail - About Two Business days.
• USPS Standard Mail - 5 to 10 Business Days
• UPS, FedEx usually take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days, on average. Unless Expedited Services are Paid for.
• We are not responsible for any delays carriers may experience.
• We are also not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
• WE DO NOT SHIP Damaged or Broken Items. Items will be as described and/or photo.
• In the case of receiving damaged items, please take photos if possible and notify us via eBay's Message system. We will then investigate and pursue options. Normally, that circumstance will involve having the carrier research a submitted claim by us.
• Under that scenario, we are unable to control timeframes. However we will remain diligent in follow up. Both with the carrier and you. Ultimately it may end up in either replacement of or a refund of the item sold.

Unless requested before auction purchase, we ship ONLY within the United States.

Items of this nature carry with them certain import/export rules and we follow them to the letter. That said, we will gladly research any International shipment and let you know the total costs.

Outside the 48 Continental US States we direct ship all our products domestically to the 48 Continental United States.

Shipping Insurance: Although you are NOT required to purchase shipping insurance, we strongly recommend it.

If available, insurance will be an option at checkout. Usually it's a fraction of the cost but it ensures coverage for the item.

All orders MUST be delivered to a physical address. Not a PO box. Your shipping address needs to be deliverable by ALL carriers, UPS, FedEx, USPS. Usually this is the "verified" address on your PayPal account.
