Jaguar XF show debut
Wed, 12 Sep 2007By Ben Oliver Motor Shows 12 September 2007 06:18 The Jaguar XF makes its debut - but haven't we seen it already? You've already been treated to advance pictures and details of Jaguar's crucial new 5-series rival in CAR magazine and on CAR Online, but the troubled Midlands firm has chosen BMW, Mercedes and Audi's home motor show for the official launch of its new XF. 2011 Ford Flex goes Titanium
Thu, 20 May 2010Taking a page from its SEMA playbook, Ford is rolling out a top-of-the-line, semi-blinged-out people hauler for 2011, the Flex Titanium. It's dressed up for a night on the town, or a trip to soccer practice, and was devised by Ford product gurus who noticed most Flex customers tend to take high levels of content in their vehicles. The Flex Titanium has a unique black chrome-finish grille with Flex badging on the edge of the hood--a cue straight from SEMA models in 2008 and 2009.
Toll road plans 'to be scrapped'
Tue, 03 Dec 2013CONTROVERSIAL plans to create the UK's first toll road for a decade are to be dropped, it was reported. Improvements to the A14 will instead be paid for by the Government, the Financial Times said. The proposed toll is part of a scheme to widen and improve a heavily congested 25-mile stretch in East Anglia which carries traffic from the port of Felixstowe to the Midlands.
