Warranty/Return Policy

1. All sales are final, If you have any questions about an item before purchasing please contact us and we will be able to assist you.
2. Payments must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Unpaid item disputes will be open thereafter.
3. We do not accept returns of products which are not faulty. If you order the wrong items by mistake, we will not offer return/exchange, after the goods are sent out.
5. All Turbosmart items have a 1 year manufacture warranty which will cover broken items or defective items from the date of purchase. Items that have been damaged after installation are not covered by the 1 year warranty return/exchange policy.
6. Positive feedback will be given once payment is received. We would appreciate if you could give us a 5-Star feedback once item is received in good condition.
7. Please message or email us if you have any problems at all before leaving a negative or neutral feedback as we are always available to assist you.

Items that are broken/defective/faulty in the first 30 days of purchase before installation are returned by post and it is your responsibility until they reach us. Items that are lost or damaged during shipping are your responsibility, so please make sure that they are securely packaged.
The items must be in original condition with nothing missing from the packaging inside or out.
