“these are the well-known NASCAR engines, both engines ran and operate smoothly. one engine was getting a new intake manifold gasket when I noticed the hairline Crack, which I then removed the motor from the boat to be stitched and sleeved. The stripped block is still in its stock bore size, thus so must be the motor still in the boat. I ended up coming across two new crate engines for an extremely low price and so I've decided to list these and put new motors in my boat instead.”

I have two 1967 427 ford crossbolt main engines. One engine is still in the boat currently running & operating (the boat is dry docked for the season), the second needs a stitch and a sleeve but did not effect engine operation prior to disassembly.
I will be making a video of the motor running in the boat with all its gauges, just message me if intrested in that.
These motors are listed for local pick up only, but if the buyer wishes to pay and arrange shipping I can crate them on-site and load onto a truck with my forklift.
Photos show the exact motors.

Ford to crank up EcoBoost engine production

Ford Motor Co. plans to offer EcoBoost engines in 11 vehicles in 2012, up from seven in 2011, and triple the production capacity of EcoBoost-equipped vehicles. Ford is betting big on its family of turbocharged EcoBoost engines to drive fuel economy gains without sacrificing performance.

The new Mercedes-Benz SLK, due out next spring, will be the automaker's first vehicle with on-board Internet access via its Command infotainment platform, AutoWeek sister publication Automobilwoche has learned from company sources. The updated Mercedes C class also is expected to offer Web-browsing capability when it arrives shortly after the SLK debuts. "We will then offer our own online services as well," a top executive told Automobilwoche.
