2011 Vauxhall Corsa facelift

This time last year we had engine upgrades for the 2010 Corsa – and some economy tweaks and fiddles – but nothing in the way of cosmetic changes. This year we get no oily tweaks but we do get the 2011 Vauxhall Corsa Facelift.

After individual deliberation by our panel of renowned senior designers, students being tutored at colleges in a diverse range of countries including Israel, the Czech Republic, Australia, Taiwan, Canada and China, as well as in the established centres of Europe, the USA and Japan/Korea, have made the 68-strong shortlist of potential winners. It's small wonder so few estates are truly utilitarian load-luggers: they're Tourers or Avants, or in this case, the new Jaguar XF Sportbrake. To tie in with the car's international launch, Jaguar gave it an active outdoor accessory of its very own: an Ian Callum-designed speedboat.
